Crossing into Fall

Here in Houston we live for October 1st because it means we have crossed the threshold from summer to fall. We put pumpkins on our front porch while we enjoy cold mornings and fading summer afternoons. This is the gateway to every children’s favorite holiday… Halloween! Will you be trick or treating this year? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

Where ever home is located for you, please take a moment to enjoy the change in this season. The orange leaves crunching under your shoes, the brisk morning air, or a pumpkin spice treat that brings a smile to your face.
